This website introduces Duo Ascent, Inc. and software products under development. This policy covers the informational website only; future products may have separate privacy policies.

Website features

The current website does not include an account system, embedded forms, or advertising trackers. Its own code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts, styling, and the logo are served with the website. The contact section links to a separate Google Form.

Website analytics

We may enable Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits to this website and how its pages perform. When enabled, a Cloudflare script collects usage and performance measurements, such as page views and page-load timing. Cloudflare states that this service does not track individual visitors across its customers’ websites. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation for details. This website analytics service does not process the inquiries you submit through our separate Google Form.

Contacting us

The “Send an inquiry” link opens our inquiry form on Google Forms in a new tab. The form asks for your email address, name, and message. It is hosted by Google, rather than embedded in this website. If you submit the form, the information you provide is processed by Google and made available to Duo Ascent, Inc. to respond to your inquiry. Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Hosting information

We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website. Cloudflare processes technical information about requests to the website, which may include your IP address, system configuration information, and traffic routing data, to deliver its services and help identify and prevent malicious activity. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its data handling and retention practices.

How we use and store inquiries

We review inquiries manually and use the information you provide to respond and follow up. Access is limited to authorized people at Duo Ascent who need it for that purpose. Inquiries are stored in Google Forms, and related correspondence may be stored in our business email. Inquiry content is not currently passed to downstream programs or AI automation.

How long we keep inquiries

We normally delete routine inquiries within 12 months after our last interaction, unless continued retention is needed for an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation. Obvious spam may be deleted sooner.

Privacy questions and deletion requests

You may ask privacy questions or request deletion of your inquiry through the form linked in the contact section. Deletion requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
